1. Bankroll management
2. Anger management
3. Ego management
That's all i can think off right now.
This year i will spend more time building my bankroll, and less time playing cash games.
Right now i'm siting on 1'129.93$ on everest poker, i wanna see how far i can get that stack up to.

Ok, i played my first 215 hands
Ok, i played 215 hands, mostly on 2 tables at the same time. I had a great session overall but still made some horrible calls, and some stupid bluffs attempt. But I think I now have a better understanding of the power of raising preflop. I really tried to limp THE LESS POSSIBLE, but many times i had to because of a combination of multi-limpers, good-pot odds, and not a great position (both pre-flop and post-flop) so I still think that limping pre-flop IS SOMETIME THE BEST OPTION.
I also got payed a lot more because of all the action i was giving, wich allowed me to take down some nice pots. I made a donk/genius call and i was right, wich is really ego-boosting, but i was quite sure of my read, because i've seen the guy straigth bet his good holdings, and he check raised me all in on the turn after i flat called his bet on the flop on raised him on the turn. I had the second pair, a pair of nine, at that time with a 7 kicker, and he had a pocket pair of fives. Vilain had ~15$ at the beginning of the hand so i made a great profit there. And all of this because of the effort i had put in watching the other players play. So for today that my second lesson: pay attention, it will pay off.
Here is a poker grapher screenshot of these 215 hands.

BB Rate for all hands played all limits included
i forgot to post an interesting graph
It displays my winning in terms of BB (a Big Bet is considered to be 2 times the big blind)
so at a 5 & 10 cents blind table, having a BB win rate of 4 means that overall you will win 80 cents for each 100 hands played. You can see each of my BB win rate in my pokertracker screenshot.

More personnal guidelines
I was thinking how i should play, and I stumbled upon a great article describing short-handed poker. Basically the article explains why limping is "wrong" and how to enhance your BB/100 playing more tight-aggressive.
So i will try to:
sit a table, watch everyhand played and the cards that players showdown, establish a tight image, and then change gear.
I will never limp except in special situations, like if im on the cut-off with a playable hand but, not strong enough to chase 2 limpers out of the hand. I know this kind of play is less EV+ than other styles, but i have to adapt to the micro-stakes, and the "no foldem" nature of these tables.
Everytime i'll enter a pot i will try to make it at least 3-4 times the big blind.
I will not chase gut-shots, or play top pair top kicker for all my stack.

My next goal
Ok i'm not in the mood to play 10 handed right now,
so i've decided to set myself this goal:
Play 2000 hands at NL10 6 max.
I will try my best no to tilt or play tired. And i will keep the multitasking to minimum activity.
I will play those sitting at one or to table at a time.
When im done with it i will try to analysis this "session" in detail, reviewing each table and hand history. Documenting my tough process. I will try to post statistics and graphics to illustrate my experience.

Bankroll evolution
NL10 - 6 players tables
Here is all the hands i have imported into my database (i wasnt using poker tracker when i started playing , so i'm missing alot of data (mostly 1 and 2 cents 2$ buyin tables , where i "made" my bankroll from 20$ to 300$)
This graph only represents the hand played at NL10 6max. You can tell when i tilt, and donk off chips to everybody.

Bankroll status
As of today, i have available to play online :
@ Everest Poker : ~900$
@ Full Tilt : ~25$
I mostly play No-Limit Holdem, but I also like Omaha and other variants.
These days im trying to improve my six-handed NL10 play. (5&10 cents blind, 10$ buy-in)
I want to see if i can get constant results at this type of table, then try to enhance my BB/100 rate.

Ok so what's this all about?
I've been playing poker for 3 years, grinding the micro-stakes, trying all sort of poker, taking shot at higher levels. But i really want to improve my game and build a bankroll to move up the ladder.
To learn you have to get advice, analyse your sessions, and try to spot your leaks. I feel that other poker enthousiast may help me in this task. So i will regularly post detailed sessions and play retro-analysis, update you on my bankroll and my current poker mind.
